Fletcher Warren Civic Center
The Fletcher Warren Civic Center is a city-owned property located at 5501 S. Business
Hwy. 69, Greenville, 75402. It has easy access from Interstate 30, State Hwy. 69
and FM 1570. The main ballroom is 83 by 49 feet and has an occupancy of 270. Flexible meeting
room space is just opposite the mezzanine from the ballroom and can be configured
either into one large meeting space accommodating 100 or up to four meeting rooms
holding 25 each. The kitchen features a commercial refrigerator, 10-burner commercial range with
two ovens, plus a convection oven and a commercial ice-maker. The center has 181 parking spaces in front and 21 spaces in the back near the

Landmark on Lee
The Landmark on Lee is the former 1910 U.S. Post Office at 2980 Lee Street in historic
downtown Greenville. Now owned by the local Rotary Club, the building is suitable
for weddings, banquets, expos, proms, birthdays and anniversaries. It features a
large banquet room, as well as smaller meeting rooms, a kitchen and dedicated parking.

Landon Winery
Landon Winery at 2508 Lee Street is housed in the former Kress Building on the north
side of the Courthouse Square in Greenville. They have a banquet room which accommodates

Municipal Auditorium
The Municipal Building at 2821 Washington Street in downtown Greenville was built
in 1939 as a public works project of the Roosevelt administration. The Auditorium has 1,734 theatre-style seats and has hosted a wide variety of artists
over the years from Elvis Presley to Duke Ellington. Today the Auditorium hosts
a multitude of events ranging from symphony concerts to country shows. It is available
for all sorts of functions, from recitals to concerts to fashion shows. For further
